If you act against our regulation policy while using our service, your access could be banned according to the standard as follows.

Fraud	Any fraudulent behavior with regard to damaging other users and earning unfair advantage by deceiving them.(every obtained item will be retrieved)	7days	15days	Permanently banned

Misuse of System Error or Bug	In case of playing game without noticing bug or having a minor effect on game with a small number of misusing according to operator's judgement.(every obtained item will be retrieved)	Temporarily banned	3days	7days
	In case of circulating and spreading the way of misusing to other users, giving a serous effect on game, or earning advantage by misusing bug deliberately and repeatedly with recognition.(every obtained item will be retrieved)	7days	15days	Permanently banned

Abusing	In case of giving a minor effect on game with a small number of abusing despite the abnormal play against the policy. (every obtained items will be retrieved)	Temporarily banned	3 days	7days
	In case of giving a severe effect on game, earning advantage by abusing unintended abnormal play deliberately and repeatedly, and circulating or spreading the way of abusing to other users.(every obtained items will be retrieved)	7days	15days	Permanently banned
	In case of being unable to retrieve items as well as being able to confirm the abusing behaviors above	Permanently banned
Money transaction attempt and establishment	In case of attempt or offer to trade or exchange the items and money in account or in game with cash, the goods, or items in other games.	3days	7days	15days
	In case the transaction is established. (every obtained items will be retrieved)	15days	Permanently banned
Illegal program use and circulation	In case of using illegal program unauthorized by our company, abnormally using and fabricating program, or circulating and spreading the way of using it to other users. (every obtained items will be retrieved)	100days	Permanently banned
	In case of being unable to retrieve items as well as being able to confirm the behavior of using or spreading the illegal program above.	Permanently banned
Account Theft  Payment Theft	In case of damaging member’s account information (e-mail address, contents, account, character, item, and game money etc.) by unauthorized access without any consent of the person concerned. In case of paying for game service (ex. purchasing items) by illegally using a third person’s credit card, cellphones, or ARS	Permanently banned
Criminal Behavior	In case of committing a criminal act against the law of South Korea in the process of using game or in the game itself.

※ The period and the way of ban can be variable depending on the extent and the numbers of behavior on game.

※ ‘Warning’ means the warning message of operators such as notice by e-mail or message, a chat ban, forced game termination and other kinds of bans. Warning will be applied even if users don't check it.

※ In case of falling under multiple examples, game play can be banned with additional penalty.

※ In case of the amount of goods retrieved by the company is less than that of the goods obtained originally by users who acted against our policy, the same amount of the rest will be retrieved in another way.

※Our company is NOT responsible for any result from Game Access Restriction during the Period of Ban.
